Soulgha returns from the dead to dispatch villains and demons to land of the dead, the staging post before passing onto demon city

Soulgha and The Dead Zone Tomb – Episode 03

He thought, I’ve got get out of here. But where could he go. He saw a cliff edge he thought he could escape to. He would rather die than stay there and besides, it could all be an illusion.
With all his will to live and believing he could muster speed like a cheetah, he bolted for the cliffs edge.

Then came the real pain, balls of flames hit him from all directions. He tried to evade them by darting left and right, but to no avail. He managed to focus and began to resist the hypnotic effect. His will was helping him to regain his focus and eventually he found himself running free again.

“It” knew what he was going to do before he did and generated a circle of red flames around his feet, which stopped him in his tracks. This was going to hurt, he thought, as he watched lines of red, gold and white light, circle and dance below his feet.
His feet were now pinned to floor. Periodic flames of multi coloured light penetrated his body, and the harder he  struggled, the stronger pulses burned in his blood and shuddered his body and soul.

He flopped to the floor and dropped his head to stare at the ground now burning around his feet. Then with a final burst of mad energy, staggered and leapt off the cliff edge into oblivion. For a few moments he wondered why he hadn’t turned into splattered pulp on the ground. When the blur in his eyes cleared, he found him self high above the ground and the ground was getting smaller.

After a few seconds of gazing in a daze at the ground disappearing before him. He felt the urge to raise his arms high to wards the heavens. He was immediately propelled by an invisible force and shot off at the speed of sound. He could feel raw energy coursing through his body and as he gained momentous speeds, the flames and smoke burning from his clothes, blew themselves out like a candle. With one last mental push he propelled himself forward and was now approaching the speed of light. The air flashed, thunder sounded and then he was gone.

Soulgha and The Dead Zone Tomb – Episode 02

He opened his eyes after the initial flash from the energy pulse, only to find himself transported to some strange place, blazing extra-ordinary flames of light and fire.

Protected by his glasses he was able to look around. The space before him started to glow a different colour to its surroundings. He scanned the shelter which was no more than an uncompleted shack. To his amazement shone a tombstone. As he stared at it, he began experiencing a hypnotic effect, that was painful until the the tombstone started to move.

The headstone pushed out a scroll parchment from its body which hovered in front of him.
Then the most peculiar thing began to happen. It spoke to his mind. It was just as-well, because the scroll was written in some mystical language he couldn’t read, let alone understand.

It seemed to be reading him his last rights including charges of crimes worthy of a demonic lord’s attention. This scared the hell out of him.

Is this the end of our hero?  and will Soulgha escape the prison of Accradon?

Soulgha and the Dead Zone Tomb – Episode 01

It wasn’t a good start to the day for Soulgha although when he met his employer, the sun was shinning. Now that he was leaving his office, it was dull just like his thoughts. He had been recalled to give a report on his last job. He had been sent to collect a brief case of some importance to his employer from a property downtown, in the city now called New Accra. Often he would meet some resistance on his jobs and had a sharp and swift way of dealing with it.

This particular job hadn’t gone as smoothly as he had hoped and he explained this to his employer. Although he had retrieved the item in question, he wasn’t suppose to be identified and under no circumstances, was he to open the briefcase.
His employer Dr Alargey, was not a subtle man when it came to his servants failing to carry out his orders, and often demonstrated the meaning of loyalty to his troops-urban foot soldiers bred from the Ghettos of Accra. If anyone had tried to explain the difficulties they had encountered on assignment, he would always quote “Don’t bring your troubles me – I have troubles of my own”. Suffice to say,  it was always wise to follow his orders to the letter. If you didn’t it was unlikely, you would be seen again.

No sooner had he stepped onto the street, he sensed danger, part of the instinctive nature that he had developed over the years in his line of business.
As if in time with his foot landing upon the floor, he heard the thud of other feet landing. He turned his head to witness a person materialise through a wall in a halo of blinding light.
The shock of the vision caught him off guard, as it was designed to do. The character raised its arms high and with the point of a finger, hit Soulgha with an electrical pulse of energy.

It should have knocked him to the ground, but instead Soulgha vanished and was no more.

Is Soulgha Dead and gone for ever? Or will he survive in the Dead Zone of Accradon.
